Sample Approval
Bulk production only begins after you approve a pre-production sample, minimizing the risk of unwanted results.
Defects & Quality Issues
If finished goods do not match the approved sample or specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-manufactured goods produced to your specification are not eligible for refund once production has started, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
